Vodka Cocktails

 

Brandon’s Berry

Muddled Blueberries
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Pom/Blueberry Juice
1.5 oz Brandon’s Vodka

Rim Martini glass with fresh lemon rind, shake, strain and finish with a lemon twist

 

Kiwi Flower

Muddle 1 wheel of organic kiwi
1/2 oz St.Germain (Elder Flower Cordial)
1.5 oz Brandon’s Vodka

Shake generously and strain into martini glass. Squeeze oils of grapefruit rind on surface. Garnish with skewered kiwi and grapefruit twist.

 

Peppermint Frost

1.5 oz of Brandon’s Vodka
.5 oz of Peppermint Schnapps
.5 oz of Godiva White Chocolate
1/2 tspn. of egg white (for frothiness)

Shake until too cold too hold. Strain into chilled martini glass rimmed with crushed peppermint and sugar.

 

 

Arkansas Lightning Cocktails

 

Rock Town Tea

1 oz Arkansas Lightning
.5 oz Peach Schnapps
1 tsp. Molasses

Squeeze lemon wedge, shake and pour over ice
Garnish with lemon wheel

 

Gin

 

BG1

3 sage leaves torn
Sqz of fresh small lemon wedge
.5 oz of simple syrup
2 oz Brandon’s Gin

Shake generously
Strain into martini glass washed with 2 dashes of bitters.
Squeeze oils of fresh lemon rind on top of drink.
Garnish with the rind.

 

Brandon’s Candied Pear

Slice and muddle 1 small sugar pear
2 tbsp of Hershey’s caramel
.25 oz. of milk
1.5 oz of Brandon’s Gin

Shake generously
Strain into martini glass with caramel candied walnut rim.
Garnish with skewered wedge of pear. (Store garnish in lemon juice to avoid browning)
